Interlock Holiday Pod
With it's key pedestrian entry into the new Interlock development, SJ Collins turned to SG Blocks and Ikoniq to create an exciting destination bar to define the vibe of the new development.
The Holiday Pod bar design is light and open with vertical lift glass garage doors opening in front of a full glass upper level clerestory.
The modules arrived on-site pre-clad and ready for installation, ensuring a streamlined build process. Stacked at a staging area, each module was securely bolted and welded together before being moved into its final location. Due to overhead ceiling constraints, stacking occurred directly on the foundations. Once positioned, the open clerestory created a dramatic interior with a mezzanine for storage and mechanical systems. To complete the structure, the signage canopy was installed, elevating the building's visual impact.
Designed to energize the space, the Holiday Pod is the perfect blend of functionality and experience, defining the buzz and excitement of the Interlock.
