Wesleyan College Press Box
Wesleyan College in Middletown, CT, sought a durable and functional press box solution for their athletic fields.
Collaborating with the college, Ikoniq repurposed sturdy steel shipping containers into a split-box press box design, providing protection and elevation on the sidelines.
The custom-designed press box features full electrical service to accommodate game-day staff needs. Steel stairs, branded with the Wesleyan logo, ensure safe and durable access, standing up to the elements. The interior space is configured to support comprehensive game coverage, while access to the press box roof allows for full field visibility.
This innovative approach not only meets the functional requirements of a press box but also adds a distinctive, branded presence to Wesleyan College's athletic facilities.
